Kelly McCann's Crucible High-Risk Environment Training Volume Four: Mission-Essential Off-Road Driving

For most people, off-roading is a hobby: a way to pit your vehicle and driving ability against nature. But do you have the skills to go off-road and get from Point A to Point B if you have to? If you have no other choice? That's where this video comes in. Taught by the Crucible's off-roading expert, Chad Morman, this program will give you the vital basics of mission-essential off-road driving, where you have to get your vehicle and passengers intact to your destination, no matter what the terrain. Combat veteran Morman begins your instruction by showing you the need-to-have equipment for any off-road excursion, as well as how to properly stow it and still have room for tactical gear and supplies.

Also covered are navigating ditches, pits, and gullies; recovering a downed vehicle; driving through narrow forest trails; ascending and descending a steep, slick hill; and more. You never know when weather and circumstance may require you to go from a two-lane blacktop to a dark, tree-lined path: the techniques in this video will give you the tools to get you and your vehicle home safe.
