03Our services
Ghostwriting, editing, design, publishing, marketing and related services are provided under a separate written agreement or statement of work. Where those terms conflict with these terms, the written agreement takes priority.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the information you provide.
04Payments
Project fees are payable in the milestones set out in your agreement. Work on each milestone begins once the corresponding payment is received.
Third-party costs, such as advertising spend, printing or retailer fees, are billed separately unless included in your quote.
05Intellectual property and ownership
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you own the copyright in your manuscript and in the final deliverables created for you once all fees are paid.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Paladin Press or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
06Client responsibilities
You confirm that material you provide is your own or that you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful content.
You agree to provide timely feedback and approvals so that project milestones can be met.
07Confidentiality
We treat your manuscript, ideas and personal information as confidential and will not share them except as needed to deliver your services or as required by law. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request.
08Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or commercial results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the fees paid for that service.
09Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your use applies.
