01Milestone-based billing
Our projects are billed in milestones. You pay for each stage of work before it begins, so you are never charged for work that has not been scheduled.
02Cancelling a project
You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Fees paid for a milestone that has not started will be refunded in full.
03Work in progress
If a milestone is in progress when you cancel, we will refund a proportion of that milestone’s fee based on the work not yet completed, and deliver the work completed to date.
04Third-party costs
Costs paid to third parties on your behalf, such as ISBNs, printing, advertising spend or licensed imagery, are non-refundable once incurred.
05Satisfaction and revisions
Each milestone includes the revision rounds set out in your agreement. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please tell us within the review window so we can address it.
06Requesting a refund
Send refund requests to [email protected] with your project details. We respond within five business days.
