Matthew H. Campbell has had an interest in firearms from an early age. After 9/11, he volunteered for the National Guard while still in high school. After being commissioned, he has served in various assignments both in the United States and abroad, and presently is serving on active deployment as a military intelligence officer, assigned to a movement brigade. His mind runs to the analytical, making him perfect for evaluating handgun stopping power. He particularly enjoys firing single-action revolvers, and his personal sidearms include a Desert Storm commemorative Beretta 92 and a Novak Custom 1911.45.
